Sara from Paris came to have facial contouring surgery at ID Hospital. She is 23 years old, and has a short chin and wide, angular jaw which she hopes to fix with a V-line surgery. She will also have a full face fat graft surgery to add volume to the nasolabial folds, forehead and cheek area.

ID Hospital: Hi Sara! Please introduce yourself!

Sara: Hi, I am Sara from Paris. I’m 23 years old. I am half Algerian and half Italian, and live and work in Paris as a freelance beautician. My specialty is anti-aging facials using the best brands from France and Switzerland. I am working at the best Parisian beauty spa.

Due to that, physical appearance is very important in my line of work. My clients must feel confident and trust my advice. They are mostly from Gulf countries, Russia, USA and China, so it is important to look pretty and confident.
I have already had body liposuction, hairline grafting, Botox and fillers.

ID Hospital: How did you get find ID Hospital? Why did you decide to have your facial contouring surgery at ID Hospital?

Sara: I have been looking for the best hospital for 4 years now! I have changed my mind so many times but finally I have chosen to have my facial contouring surgery at ID Hospital thanks to the “real reviews” and the videos on YouTube. Also I can see the work of each surgeon (choosing the best surgeon is the most important!) This hospital looks very safe and the procedure looks safe too.

I was very scared about having this surgery, because it is on my face. So I had been using botox and fillers for more than 3 years now, but it’s not enough in my case. As time passed, I still had the same problem and I saw more and more reviews, which made me, decide to finally come to ID hospital.
I wanted the surgery done in Korea because they have more knowledge, more experience, more surgery cases, and more advanced technology compared to the whole world.

ID Hospital: How many surgeries are you going to have?

Sara: Two, V line surgery and full face fat grafting. I want to have V-line surgery because my jaw is too square and my chin is too short. I don’t like my side profile view, it looks too masculine. Also my masseter muscles became more painful because of using Botox (every 6 months, I have headaches because the muscles wake up). I want to get a full face fat graft to stop getting filler injections and get more volume. Also it will make a more perfect profile view with by adding volume to my face.

ID Hospital: What do you feel these surgeries will add to your life?

Sara: Confidence, happiness, beauty.

ID Hospital: What is your family’s opinion about you going for these surgeries?

Sara: They are totally against these surgeries. Especially my boyfriend, he is scared of other people’s “opinions” but actually I cannot feel ugly all my life just because of other people’s “opinions”. Plastic surgery is a difficult subject in France, because people think that you will look very unnatural. I told them this surgery will be very natural, because the purpose of this procedure is to have a harmonious face.

They were also scared about safety, so I informed them that Korean hospitals are safer than French ones and this is why I chose to travel all the way to Korea to have surgery at ID Hospital. Koreans also have more knowledge about facial bones contouring procedures, so I decided to have my facial contouring surgery at ID Hospital.

ID Hospital: Do you think surgery is necessary for someone to find their confidence?

Sara: Yes, in the case of someone who is not satisfied with their looks.. You cannot spend your entire life being unhappy just because you are scared of your other people’s opinions. Just listen to yourself first. Of course it is important to think about it, research it etc. as it must not be an impulsive choice.

Surgery is very useful if it is done by a good surgeon. Otherwise it could be the beginning of more problems. So I think it’s better to pay once for a good surgeon, not regret all your life because of a bad choice or cheap surgery.

ID Hospital: How do you view yourself now, before surgery? What is your opinion of yourself?

Sara: Everybody tells I that I am already pretty and that I don’t need it, but I feel I really need this surgery because my face is not harmonious and I have masculine features. I am sick of getting Botox and fillers every 6 months to look good.

ID Hospital: Will these surgeries make you feel more confident about yourself?

Sara: Of course, I have been waiting to get these surgeries for so long! I will no longer need to edit my photos all the time before posting. I will have a beautiful facial contour and prettier face so I will definitely be more confident and happy.
