Minimal Incision Facelift – id Hospital Review

*Before Minimal Incision Lifting

It all started after I lost a lot of weight on a diet, and on top of that my face had started to droop as I got older. I had a lot of worries about my smile lines in particular, as they had become very deep. When I asked my friends for advice, they said that they had already been putting in effort to maintain their skin elasticity since their 30s! Maybe because I’m the only one who didn’t do any of that, I looked the oldest among us… I was determined to find a solution. That’s how, through a friend, I ended up getting a consultation for plastic surgery.

I had my consultation at the ID Hospital Lifting Center, and I thought of thread lifting or mini lifting, but I chose minimal incision lifting because my surgeon recommended that minimal incision lifting is more effective than mini lifting for deep nasolabial folds like mine.

My surgeon explained that an incision was made on the side of the face inside the hairline, and that way the majority of the scarring could be limited. I felt very well informed and that I had a clear picture of what the surgery would involve. The aftercare service was also really well provided, so I felt very comfortable leaving all the follow-up care in their hands. In total I had a minimal incision facelift, facial fatgrafting and botox.

*1 Week After Minimal Incision Lifting

I worked from home for a week after the surgery. I was able to go back to work straight away. I only had small bruises so there was no problem going back into my daily life. Since I was wearing a mask, my colleagues didn’t even know I had surgery.

The swelling went down quickly, and 10 days after the operation I went back to id to take out the stitches.

Maybe it’s because of the thread, but I can still feel a little pulling sensation. but my nasolabial folds have been lifted and my jawline is tight again, because of the facial fatgraft I also have some restored volume in the shrunken areas. When I revealed my new self to my coworkers they were all surprised at how young I looked.

*1 Month After Minimal Incision Lifting

From the 3rd week after the surgery, the bruises on my face had completely gone, and the swelling was almost gone too. Gradually the sensation in my skin started to come back and about a month later, I think about 80% of the sensation has returned, except for right over the incision.

First of all, the best thing I feel after the minimum incision lifting surgery is that the facial line, which looked bumpy due to the sagging and wrinkles of the skin, has been cleaned up.

First of all, the thing I love the most is how good the shape of my face looks after the surgery. Before, places like my jawline had become all soft and distorted due to my sagging skin. My deep smile lines and drooping mouth, which was what I was worried about the most, have definitely improved. I’m now spending my days happily taking selfies all the time.

Whenever people around me ask what surgery I had, they say I must have gotten v-line surgery because I was looking so young and my face looked smaller!

At first, I was scared because it was surgery, and I was worried that it would take me a long time to recover. But now I’m really happy knowing my results look great and were worth everything I went through.

*2~3 Months After Minimal Incision Lifting

Day by day, my skin’s elasticity is improving and I can see more of the v-line. The sensation in the incision area has returned, and, compared to right after the surgery, the bruising and swelling have completely disappeared, resulting in a more natural facial line. People who don’t know I had surgery are surprised at how much prettier I’ve become and ask me what my secret is for maintaining such a youthful appearance, lol. It feels like I’ve naturally become younger, so I’d say my satisfaction with the minimal incision lifting procedure is very high.

If you’re concerned about deep nasolabial folds, sagging skin, double chins or drooping around the mouth, I definitely recommend the minimal incision lifting!
