One of the top stories that swept internet and news headlines this week was Vanity Fair’s cover of Caitlyn Jenner. Jenner’s instantly iconic photo, with loose wavy hair, elegant makeup and cream bustier echoed the timeless beauty of old Hollywood glamour.

Though Jenner was always considered attractive, the soft contours of her face and body also brought attention and awareness to the various cosmetic procedures transgender women choose to undergo.
