For a limited time, ID Hospital is searching for not one, but three ID Makeover Models!
First place will be granted a 100% discount (restrictions apply)!

Participants Requirements:
- Anyone with the right passion and desire can apply!
(any age, gender, ethnic background, etc.)
- Someone who can undergo surgery anywhere between March and May


Round 1: Recruitment period: Jan 12 – Jan 31, 2016-01-13
Round 2: The winner will be decided and announced in February (individually)

1st place: 100% discount
2nd place: 70% discount
3rd place: 50% discount

- A 5 million Korean won deposit must be paid seperately (This deposit will be separate from the surgery cost and will be kept until the model has fulfilled all of their rightful duties. This deposit will be fully refunded at the promised time (approximately 6 months after the surgery -more or less)
