My name is Sally and I chose ID hospital for having rhinoplasty surgery. I wish to share my experience with them for the benefit of those who are considering travelling abroad for treatment.
I hadn’t felt happy about the shape of my nose for some time. I’d had a consultation in England and received a quote in excess of £4,500 for rhinoplasty. That was definitely much more than I was prepared to pay. I then spent a considerable amount of time researching online and shortlisted several overseas providers. I quickly realised the difference between their approach and everybody else’s – their customer manager was in constant touch with me and was extremely helpful and very accommodating for our (mine and my husband’s) specific needs. I was travelling with my husband and 15 month-old child so we needed to take care of the pram and the rest of our child’s stuff (bed, car seat etc) – nothing was a problem for ID hospital. made the decision to use ID hospital an easy one.

The clinic is fantastic! Very modern and clean, with friendly staffs who speak excellent English. I was operated on by Dr. Kim. their head plastic surgeon, who is a true professional, as well as being extremely personable. After the operation, I was checked up on by Professor, the head of the clinic. All my consultations were pleasant; they were easy to understand and free of jargon.

Overall, I was delighted with the entire service that I experienced. Everything was extremely professional and pleasant, and I highly recommend you to choose ID hospital.
