Columellar lifting

Surgical procedures
Remove mucosa and a cartilage inside from nasal strut.
Pull nose cartilage up and suture at nasal septum.
The height of nose tip and how much columellar is lifted can be adjusted, and are determined by symmetry, and personal preference.
Recovery

Sutures will be removed 5- 6 days after the surgery
You will notice enhanced appearance after 1 week.

Nasal tip surgery
You have a round nose
Your nasal tips are either large or bulbous.
Your nasal tip is large and round and may make you appear to be clumsy and masculine.
Trimming blunt nose to fit with nose height and width completes your nose. You will then look more feminine and lovelier.

Surgical procedures
Modify the cartilages in your nose tip. Trim it as if carving.
If there is gap between each nose cartilage, bind them.
Remove some fat under nose tip if your skin is rather thick.
Autologous cartilage will be grafted if necessary
Recovery

Sutures will be removed 5 to 6 days after surgery
You will notice enhanced appearance after 1-2 weeks.
You may notice gradual changes in the appearance in a few weeks.
Swellings can last longer if you have a very rounded nose

Alar reduction
You have a round and broad nose.
Some people have a round and broad nose which make them boorish.
Often, ill- tempered characters in fairy tales have this nose.

Narrow the nostrils after a wedge-shaped skin is removed from the alar.
Bind the alars together under the columellar if necessary.
