Upturned nose is when a nose tip and lips make 110 degrees and nose tip is turned up that nostrils are very visible.

Extend cartilage at nose tip/ extend and fix upturned nose tip.
Lift nose tip/ Lift nose tip and shape it with nasal septum placed on nasal cartilage which is strongly supported.
Lifting the nasal dorsum/ most cases, a small dose of silicon is applied to lift bridge because bridge is too flat.
