What is an arrow-shaped nose?

Tip of nose is long and drooped so there is not much pointedness between lips and nose.

Lifting drooped nose tip/ Rotate and fix this cartilage upward and shorten it since nasal cartilage is long and flat.
Lifting nose tip/ place nasal septum on upwardly rotated nasal cartilage and shape it to lift.
Correct height of bridge/ correct it in line with nose tip. If there is crooked part, remove it. If bridge is flat, insert filler to adjust the height.
