3. The characteristics of the eyelids
Thickness of skin

In many cases, making an incision to remove excess tissue or fat is highly recommended, although surgery by burying the excess skin into the orbit is also an option but not popular for its potential recoil effect.
Sagging skin
It is not a good idea to remove sagging skin by making an incision surgery.
