Before Surgery

Before surgery, I was very insecure and dysphoric, sometimes it was so bad that I couldn’t leave the house. I had this fear of people noticing that I’m a transwoman. Not that I’m ashamed of being a transwoman but because it’s not fully accepted yet and still very new in society, so I was scared of being mocked or judged.



I wanted to have a more feminine face but still look natural so I started looking for surgeons and hospitals. The surgery results of ID Hospital blew me away. I was really amazed and I knew for sure that I wanted to go to ID Hospital for my facial feminization surgery.

Consultation Day

After a long flight and drive to the hospital, I immediately had the consultation. When I arrived at ID Hospital, I felt very welcomed and I felt good vibes. All the ID hospital staff members were very friendly, as well as the surgeons/doctors.


During the consultation, I had pictures with me to show how I wanted to look. I felt like the doctors where caring and attentive to what I had to say, also it is very nice that there are translators that speak perfectly English and Korean.

1 Week after surgery

One week after surgery, the pain started to fade. I still had a lot of swelling but I felt much better. I was still eating very soft food only.

2 Weeks after surgery

The swelling reduced and the pain was totally gone. I could start seeing that my face looked much more feminine but still needed more of the swelling gone to see the surgery results. I was still was careful about what I ate.

1 Month after surgery

After one month the swelling was a lot less and I felt very feminine and happy with the way I look. At this point, I started eating what I want.

3 Months after surgery

After 3 months, my swelling was very minimal and I came back to ID hospital for the second session of fat graft. This time the swelling was not as much as the last time since I had fat graft only.



I had a photoshoot with ID Hospital before my surgery. I had a great time filming and having a photoshoot in Korea. After the second session of fat graft, I looked even more feminine and that made me so happy!

6 Months after surgery

After 6 months, the swelling is almost completely gone. People don’t notice that I’m a transwoman anymore. I look like a biological woman and I can just go out I freely and be myself without worrying about anything at all.

9 Months to 1 year after surgery

Now the swelling is completely gone, I can see the complete surgery results.
The surgeries did not leave any noticeable scars or anything. I literally look like I was born this way, that is how natural my surgery results look!



This surgery has changed my life for the better and I can never thank ID Hospital enough for what they have done for me. It’s such an amazing hospital, I never imagined I would have such an experience like I did at ID Hospital. I thank all the ID hospital staff members, translators, surgeons/doctors! I really recommend this Hospital to anyone who wants to change their life for the better.
