Dear Dr Park
I have come across your clinic on a forum while reading up on Mandible reduction and Zygoma reduction and have heard good things about it so I've decided to give it a try. I have an asymmetrical jaw that slants to the left slightly. Overall, the left side of my face is higher and wider, including the zygoma, jaw, maxilla and eyebrow. My upper jaw is also more protruded than my lower in the profile view. It is not very visible in real life but when I take photos it is very obvious. I also find my nose a little wide and boulbous.
I have already booked tickets to Seoul for surgery in mid June, however I'm unsure about which Dr. to do the surgery. I am wondering if I need two jaw surgery or just jaw and zygoma conturing with eyebrow lift. What do you recommend to do?
Also, I am conflicted between zygoma augmentation on the right and reduction on the left. I am worried that my zygoma from 45degree angle will look too flat after reduction as I find my right side currently does. I am thinking about adding an implant on my right zygoma bone together with making the zygoma arch narrower. What do you think is better to do?
I want to look symmetrical and natural but I don't want to look too different. If you could please do a simulation with your recommendation it will help greatly!
Thank you.
Warmest Regards

From your photos, you need two jaw surgery and v-line.
id hospital does ' no-tie ' two-jaw surgery:
What is the ‘No-tie’ Two-jaw Surgery?
It is a procedure that does not require intermaxillary fixation(IMF) after surgery. Usually the conventional two-jaw surgery required tying the upper and lower teeth together for 2-6 weeks, which is also known as the ‘intermaxillary fixation’. However, the ‘no-tie’ two-jaw surgery eliminates intermaxillary fixation and applies a ‘torque-free’ rigid internal fixation method to let the bones heal and agglutinate quickly.
v-line surgery:
Bone is removed by a single smooth cut. .
The chin is narrowed safely without any injury to nerves.
The remaining portion of the mandible that protrudes is cut off.
The lower jaw is narrowed, giving a V-line facial line.
The chin is designed based on individual needs and demands. After checking the routes of the nerve with X-rays, the surgical procedure is decided. The patient can freely compare the shapes of the chin and consult with the surgeon in detail.
