hi im from the States and i'm visiting korea from july 9th to the end of the month. (only 3 weeks)
i'm planning to get rhinoplasty as soon as i arrive and recover within the three weeks. (if possible, faster recovery will be even better)
please provide me with an estimate for the procedure.
i've observed the anatomy of the nose and just to explain a general result that i would like to get:
1) My greater alar cartilage (?) is considerably large and flat - so a smaller and a naturally pointier tip
2) the nasal bone (bone in between the eyes) is very flat - so something that will heighten the nasal bone

Straightening deviated nose
Deviated nasal bone is fractured to be realigned and the fixed. The septum is straightened as well.
