Hi, I am a 16 year old female. I would a price estimate for the following:
rhinoplasty (hawk nose, wide alar)
medial epicanthoplasty
lateral canthoplasty

I would like for my nose to be straighter from the side. Will the hump be shaved down or do you suggest an implant?

I've read that my nose should be done developing at this age, but should I wait longer to get my nose done?

I am still indecisive about double eyelid surgery because it may be too big of a change, but would it affect the results of epicanthoplasty?

It is quite likely that I will be getting orthognathic surgery this summer, so is it okay to come from America after some recovery time (of course I would discuss this with my surgeon as well)?
