Hello, I am concerned about my upper eyes drooping eyelids and it looking hooded. I have natural folded eyelids but feel like now that I'm older, the skin there is wrinkly and droopy. I would like to have my eyefolds more visible instead of my eyefold to look skinnier and my eyes look hooded. Do you think I need to make the incision bigger for my eyefold or would a browlift suffice?
I am also very concerned about the wrinkles right under my eyes .
The other main concern is when I smile there are lines that appear along the bottom sides of my mouth, below my cheeks but on either side of my mouth near my chin but on the sides. You mainly see them when I smile and there are not wrinkles because they are not there when I do not smile, they appear when I smile.
The other concern is that I have a red mark on my tip of my nose where I had a previous nose job but I tried to pop a pimple and I think I may have scarred the skin when I pressed too hard. I would like to make that redness on the tip of my nose less noticeable.
The other concern is to make the pores on my face smaller and overall skin texture smoother especially along my nose, my cheeks and my forehead area.
One last concern is the lack of fat on my forehead, I feel like it almost dips in a bit as I have a skinny face and the forehead area in the middle looks hollow.
If you would like to recommend anything else, I am open to hearing your suggestions but those are my biggest concerns.

I would like to remind you that recommendations are purely recommendations; it would take face-to-face consultation with our well experienced doctors using possible X-ray and CT scan in order to give you accurate diagnosis and the best surgical plan tailored to your needs.
Based on your photos, it appears that your upper eyelids have some excess skin and we recommend a upper blepharoplasty. It appears that your forehead and undereye areas are sunken; a full face fat graft will add volume and youth to your face. The laugh lines are pretty much normal and we do not have any procedure to get rid of that. As for the pores, and skin, we have laser treatments available at our dermatology clinic but usually for skin issues, we recommend the customer to come for a face to face consultation so that the doctor can see your skin condition in person. Usually, 3 to 5 sessions minimum are required to see a noticeable difference and the laser sessions can be done once a month, so if it is convenient for you to visit once a month for the sessions, or you live in Korea, then it is recommended for you.
Fat graft
Any area with excess fat tissue, such as thigh or abdominal region, will be removed, isolated, and centrifuged.
The processed fat tissue will then be administered to the area of interest via injection. Since the fat tissue comes from your own body, your body will not recognize the fat tissue as foreign materials which may cause immune responses.
Once the fat tissue is injected, it can provide more than enough resilience, volume, and younger looking expression to the overall face structure.
