Hello,
I'm from Belgium and getting desperate, I already went to surgeons in Belgium to help me get rid of my lines under the eye (festoons?). Apparently it's something that can't be removed permanently.. So we tried filling it with acid hyaluronic which in my case made it worse. I just really want them gone, I hope you maybe have permanent solutions. If so, I would also like to know what other surgeries you would advice since i'm not very happy about my face in general. I would like it to be more defined.

Based on your photos, your skin on the face is saggy and for that, we recommend Non Incision SMAS Lifting (elastic band lifting). For your eyes, the lower eyelid and under eye area has excess skin, muscle, and fat which cause an unattractive bulge to develop below the eye. We recommend a lower Blepharoplasty to fix that.
Non Incision SMAS Lifting is a mixture of Elastic band lifting. Accuscuplt fat removal laser is used to remove the excess fat and promote collagen re-generation and the face is given a lift. Since we are using thread lift, scar won't be visible and you can go back to normal life 1 week after the surgery. Unlike old-fashioned liftings, this one pulls skin, fat, and muscle simultaneously and lifts to ensure a nice, tight, V line.
- Lower Blepharoplasty starts at 2.5 million KRW
- SMAS Lift starts at 6 million KRW
- Hyaluronic acid melting injection starts at 500,000 KRW
Prices are inclusive of pre and post operation examination fee (X-ray and CT scan), post-op treatments fee, anesthesia fee etc. If you send us deposit before you come to make sure you get the best doctor for your surgery on your preferred day, we will also provide an airport pick-up and hotel booking assistance (fee is not included)
You're required to stay in Korea for 7-10 days at least after the surgery for following check-up and treatments. Major level of swelling and bruises may last for 3 to 5 weeks.
