Hello ID Hospital,
I have done a Rhinoplasty in Thailand, and only silicone were used.
I've had no Side Effects at all. But iam very disappointed of the results. The outcome was not as i expected and hoped for.
To me it was a big failure, the tip of my nose is not small, tiny and beautiful as it should be.
The wings and holes on both side of my nose do not have the same size and on the sides, you can see stitch marks.
The tip of my nose is just fat, thick and not good looking. Not how a good rhinoplasty should be.
But my main questions is:
1. Should i have a normal or a revisional rhinoplasty?
2. How much would a nose job cost for me?
3. How much would a eye lid surgery cost for me? ( As you can see, i look very tired. I have double eye lid almost tripple eye lid.)
I would like to have an online consultation because i'am going to Korea this summer, and was thinking of correcting my nose once and for all.

For rhinoplasty revision surgery, a consultation with the surgeon is necessary to determine what results can be expected from a revision surgery. Your nose condition has already been altered by surgery, so a thorough examination by the doctor has to be done first. We recommend having a consultation with the doctor.
For your eyes, due to the excess fat and skin in the eyelid area, it gives a more sleepy look. We recommend the incision ptosis correction surgery to open your eyes more, and create even eyelid creases.

The prices for the procedures are:
- Revision Rhinoplasty starts at 6 Million KRW
- Incision Ptosis Correction surgery starts at 3.5 million KRW
You are required to stay in stay in Korea for 7-8 days after surgery for following treatments and post-surgery check-ups. Price is inclusive of pre and post operation examination fee (X-ray and CT scan), post-op treatments fee, anesthesia fee translator fees etc.
After consultation, if you will opt for multiple surgeries, discount will be offered. There is also a tax refund form you can request after paying for the surgery. You can claim the tax refund amount at the airport. http://eng.idhospital.com/korea/korea08.php
The consultation is free (except for the examination fee for Facial contouring or Orthognathic Surgery), but if you want to book the surgery, 1000 USD deposit has to be paid in advance through wire transfer only. It takes a week to receive the money in our Korean bank, so if you finalized your plans for coming, then we recommend paying the down payment and book surgery in advance. If deposit is not paid, the surgery will be scheduled for the earliest available date.
The rest of the payment can be paid in cash (either USD or KRW) and credit/debit card (visa, MasterCard,) after the consultation/before the surgery.
If you pay the deposit before coming, we will give you a complimentary airport pick-up, and if you spend more than 10 million KRW in surgery fees, then a free airport drop-off is also provided. We will also book a room for you (if you want) at our affiliated hotel, which is next to our Hospital, at their special rates (see below).
We have an affiliated hotel called 'Young Dong Hotel' right next to our hospital’s building and they are offering very special rates exclusively for our patients. This hotel will be the best location for you to stay during the whole surgical trip!
