I had a revision rhinoplasty (4th) in January 2014 at www.ps101.kr.co by Dr. Paik. (in my previous surgery in US in 1986 I had a bone graft from my hip which atrophied and caused the tip to rotate)
Dr. Paik did not remove the bone graft (bridge) and used a dermis fat graft and my ear cartilage.
I have a very natural look except that the fat has atrophied a bit and now there is a dent. I would also prefer more projection and a little narrower because when I smile, the nose looks very wide. When I don't smile it looks okay.
I am debating if I should return to Dr. Paik (because he really prefers the super natural look) and I think I prefer a more 3 dimensional look.
