Hi. I am thinking of getting a nose job and v line. But I will be on birth control and might be on spironolactone as well. I was wondering if it would be better if I get off one or both of those medications prior to surgery. If so how long before the surgery should I be off them? And how long after the surgery should I be off them? Or is it okay to have the surgeries while I am still on them? Thank you.

For the birth control pill, it is alright to take it, even on the surgery day, as long as you have it before the fasting time.
