I want to reduce my earlobs since they are too big. I also want to fix and make my eyes bigger because they have diffrent sizes. Im also interested in nonsurgical nose job if its possible on my nose. And i have a really bad skin as you can see on the picture that's why I'm also interested in skin treatment.

Based on your photos, it appears that you have slightly thick nose as you can see. There is non surgical method to make nose higher such as filler but in your case, you should open the nose and make it smaller.
For the ear, we do have earlobs reduction but our doctor needs to see your ear so please send us more photos of your ears.
The prices for the recommended procedures are:
Rhinoplasty with osteotomy starts at 5.5 million KRW (5300 USD)
USD price can be changed due to exchange rate. All surgery fee is based on Korean Won. Please also note, if there is differed recommendation at consultation there will be a change in price.
You're required to stay in Korea for 10 days at least after the surgery for following check-up and treatments. Major level of swelling and bruises may last for 2~4 weeks.
