i already had a long chin reduction osteotomy and face liposuction but i feel my lower jaw big and my face isnt small enough. i would like to know if i need bone reduction or just maseter jaw muscle reduction and more liposuction. maxilofacial surgeons from my city refused to reduce my jaw line and squeare jaw reduction they said i didnt need that and just needed maseter reduction. thankyou.
