I'm a black woman and I want to have a more feminine face, my cheekbones are quite prominent. I want to reduce my bottom lip and I really want to change the shape of my eyes. I have a big head so I don't want my face to be small and not match with my head, I would like only a gentle feminisation of my face.

Based on your photos, it appears that you have protruded cheekbone. I don't really recommend eyelid surgery since you already have a nice shape of eyes, and unfortunately we do not perform head (skull) reduction surgery.
Cheekbone reduction starts at 7 million KRW (6700 USD)
Lower lip reduction starts at 2.5 million KRW (2300 USD)
USD price can be changed due to exchange rate. All surgery fee is based on Korean Won. Please also note, if there is differed recommendation at consultation there will be a change in price.
You're required to stay in Korea for 15 days at least after the surgery for following check-up and treatments. Major level of swelling and bruises may last for 3~5 weeks.
