Hi, I'm from Los Angeles, CA and i'll be in Korea July 9 ~ August 9th.
I'm pretty interested and determined to make ID my chosen plastic surgery hospital.
I was looking to get Double Eyelid surgery and 뒷트임 on my eyes. My 쌍꺼풀 is present when I wear false eyelashes, but when I don't have makeup on, my eyes become mono-lid. I also have a lot of saggy skin on my eyelids that I want to get rid of (mostly because I used to use eyelid glue and that stretched the skin..).
As for my face, I have been getting muscle reducing botox for the past year, but I want more of a permanent solution. Is there a way to remove cheek fat (buccal fat removal) and tighten the skin on my cheek/neck/chin? I'm not too interested in shaving the jaw bone because I will only be in Korea for a month, and the recovery time for that is too long... I also like my square jaw / sharp jaw line look -- I just want my face to appear smaller in size.
Is there an alternative to jaw bone shaving that will take less time to recover and is a lot less dramatic?
I'm interested in hearing the options that will help make my face smaller and tighten the skin on my face.

Based on your photos, it appears that your cheekbones are wide and the jaw line is not defined. There is excess fat on your cheek area and chin area. The width of your cheekbones can be shortened to create a slimmer look with a cheekbone reduction surgery. We also recommend the V-Line Surgery with SMAS Lift to create a slim, defined jawline. Even though you do not wish to have a jaw surgery, we only remove buccal fats with V-line surgery, and that along with cheekbone reduction will make your face permanently smaller. For your eyes, because you have excess saggy skin, we recommend incision double eyelid surgery.
Non Incision SMAS Lifting is a mixture of elastic band lifting and fat removal. Along with the Lifting, Accussculpt fat removal laser is used to get rid of the fat in unwanted areas therefore, unlike old-fashioned liftings, this one pulls skin, fat, and muscle simultaneously and lifts to ensure a nice, tight, V line.

The prices for the recommended procedures are:
- V-Line Surgery starts at 10 Million KRW
- Cheekbone reduction surgery starts from between 7 million KRW to 12 million KRW depending on the surgery method (recommended during consultation)
- Non Incision SMAS Lifting starts at 6 million KRW
- Incision double eyelid surgery starts at 2.5 million KRW
- Canthoplasty starts at 1 million KRW
Price is inclusive of pre and post operation examination fee (X-ray and CT scan), post-op treatments fee, anesthesia fee etc. If you pay a deposit (deposit is 1 million KRW / 1000 USD) before prior to coming, we will ensure you get the best doctor for your surgery on your preferred day. We will also provide an airport pick-up and assistance with booking in our affiliated hotels (fee is not included).
Please also note, if there is differed recommendation by the doctor during consultation there will be a change in price.
You're required to stay in Korea for 15 days at least after the surgery for following check-up and treatments. Major level of swelling and bruises may last for 3 to 5 weeks.
