Hello. I’ve been very self-conscious about the length of my face, especially the part from beneath my nose to my chin tip. I grew interest in the two-jaw surgery after looking at some of your cases. While I don’t suffer from gummy smile or class III malocclusion as some of the cases do, it is quite obvious that both my upper jaw and lower jaw are somewhat disproportionally long, especially in screens. So I was wondering if it is possible to simply reduce the vertical maxillary overgrowth and move it forward instead of backwards (and maybe move my lower jawbone) to increase facial height at the same time as my nasal base is fairly low due to prominent cheekbone? Also, I had my mandibular outer cortex removed about 2 years ago, so will it affect this surgery in any ways?
