Dear ID Hospital Crew,
I'm 22 years old. I'm from Poland, so my english in this mail may be incorrect - I'm really sorry for that.
I'm writing to you because I was born with a defect - cleft lip and palate (if this should be written in this way). I had many operations, but I still feeling bad. In Poland I have no possibilities to look normal and feel better because doctors in my contury cannot help me. They don't give me a hope. In they opinion I look good. I would like to believe in that.
I'm not rich, I know I don't have money for operation but always I could have chance to hope for a better life. Is it possible to improve my appearance? One day? Please just a hope.

Unfortunately, our Hospital specialises in aesthetic surgery, not reconsutructive surgery. We do not perform any recosntruction surgeries for cleft palate. You may check with university hospitals who specialise in reconstruction surgery, and they may be able to help you.
