Based on your pictures, you have wide square jaw and it makes you look masculine. We recommend you V line facial contouring surgery to make your jaw line more defined and feminine.

Your nose, especially nose bridge looks thick and wide. We recommend you Barbie line rhinoplasty.

Your cheeks seem to be sunken a little bit and if you have more volume on your face, you would look younger than now! For that, we recommend you full face fat graft.

Your forehead seems a bit wide. So if its size is reduced by forehead reduction, you would have smaller face.
