From your pictures, you do not seem to need any procedures, especially not the double jaw surgery, as it is for patients who have mandibular prognathism, mouth protrusion, facial asymmetry, and other abnormal positioning of the jaw.
The mid part of your face and the length of your nose makes your face seem long, but we do not have any surgery that can address those issues.
