I have attached pics taken recently - front and both sides. I would like a more youthful appearance - rounder face and I have dark circles under my eyes. I am wanting surgery for Sept or October of this year.

What do you recommend as far as surgeries? How much? What would the downtime be? Do you get to see a 3D image of what you will look like after surgery?
