Based on your photos, it appears to be that you have wide forehead. We would like to recommend considering forehead reduction surgery to make smaller forehead which will bring you defined facial line.

Your nose bridge is short but your nose tip along with your nose bridge is thick and wide. I would like to recommend considering Barbieline Rhinoplasty with alar reduction to make your nose smaller and cute look, to create feminine look.

<Forehead reduction>

Forehead reduction has effect of hair line lowering as well.

The doctor incises right below the scalp in zigzag shape, and removes about 1~3cm of skin.

Then the incision area is stitched up and endotine is used to fix the skin to the right position, thus the incision area doesn’t open up due to pressure again. Endotine naturally disappears in the body after fixing the skin for a while.

1. After analyzing protrusion of your forehead and lips, individualized implants will be designed that perfectly fits shape of your nose before the surgery using a 3D scanner and Cad.


2. Analyzing the width of alar and columella, create natural Barbie doll like nose tip and ideal bridge that you want using double cartilage (cartilage of ear and nasal septum).

Price is inclusive of pre and post operation examination fee (X-ray and CT scan), post-op treatments fee, anesthesia fee etc.

We require you to stay in Korea for at least 10 days after your surgery to receive the following treatments and post operational care.
