I am Caucasian with a narrow face so I believe I would not need jaw surgery however I would like to make my chin more pointy and not as round looking. To give you an idea, I would love to have a pointy chin like this girl. https://www.instagram.com/jess.02.23/

Also, I have crooked teeth with a large overbite and as a result, I have a protruding mouth. I do not know exactly for sure whether the protrusion is due to my overbite which I'm sure would exacerbate it or whether it's a gum/bone issue.
