I'm interested in revision rhinoplasty. I'm caucasion and need a rib graft removed on my upper bridge (it makes my upper bridge too high and it was not needed) (the rib graft on lower bridge was already removed without issue) and some ear cartilage removed that bulges out on the side, and possibly bulbous tip reduction, alar reduction if the Dr. thinks it would benefit me.

I am healthy, 62 yrs. old, no medications or medical conditions.
