Hello. I am writing an email to have an online consultation before visiting Korea in the winter. I am planning on going under orthognathic surgery due to medical reasons. However, I do not know if I have to move both jaws? I want to figure out if just clocking back the lower jaw produce and achieve similar results as moving both jaws?
