Based on your photos, we recommend double jaw surgery and rhinoplasty. Unfortunatley, both surgeries cannot be done at once, so you have to do the double jaw surgery first, and the rhinoplasty 6 months after.
For your eyes, due to the excess fat and skin in the eyelid area, it gives a sleepy look. We recommend the incision ptosis correction surgery to open your eyes more, and create even eyelid creases.

Orthognathic Surgery is also known as Corrective Jaw surgery and Two jaw surgery and Three jaw surgery are types of Orthognathic surgery.

Two-jaw surgery separates the upper and lower jaws and adjusts them in the correct position. The procedure is suitable for conditions including mandibular prognathism, mouth protrusion, facial asymmetry, and other abnormal positioning of the jaw. Traditionally, braces were required to be worn 1 to 1.5 years prior to surgery. The double Jaw surgery method originating from ID Hospital is an innovative procedure that has shortened the whole surgery time by eliminating the braces prior to surgery. After the surgery, a wafer is worn for one month followed by braces. Usually, depending on the cases, braces are required after the surgery to re-align the bite

Price is inclusive of pre and post operation examination fee (X-ray and CT scan), post-op treatments fee, anesthesia fee etc. (Post orthodontic treatment is not included).If you pay a deposit (deposit is 1 million KRW / 1000 USD) before coming, we will ensure you get the best doctor for your surgery on your preferred day. We will also provide an airport pick-up and assistance with booking in our affiliated hotels (fee is not included).


Patients of Double jaw surgery are required to stay in Korea for 3 weeks. Before surgery, a week is required to make wafer mold impression.

You will be hospitalized for 2~3 days and 2 or 3 times of treatment sessions required within a month. Stitches will be removed 14 days after surgery. Post orthodontic treatment can begin 1 month after surgery. You can process this with a dentist in your country, or visit our hospital once every 1 month~ 3 month.

It depends on cases, but normally patients can go back to daily life 1~2 weeks after surgery. Severe swelling will disappear within a month. However, mild swelling might last for 3~6 months.
