Before starting the consultation, may I ask you if you have bite problem? Because based on the frontal picture, I 'm not sure if your upper and lower teeth bites are aligned. If you do have this problem please let me know.
Based on your picture, I can recommend you the facial contouring . You mentioned that you just want to cut the edge on the madibular Jaw but this won't make much difference on your face feature.

I do recommend you V line surgery, and V line surgery not always makes your face sharp. It can be moderated according to your preference. You can ask the doctor your preferred shape during the face to face consultation.

One more thing that I would like to recommend you is cheek bone reduction . By reducing the cheek bone , You can have way more feminine look.

You are required to stay in Korea at least for 14~15 days post surgery.
You will be hospitalized for a day and another 2 or 3 times of treatment sessions are required after surgery.
It depends on cases, but normally patients can go back to daily life a week after surgery. Severe swelling will disappear within a month. However, mild swelling might last for 3~6 weeks and finally, you’ll look so natural and no one will notice that you had surgery!
