I am considering surgery at your clinic in February 2018. I will be coming with my girlfriend that is currently in the process of an online consultation as well her name is (Sharon). I will be interested in getting a revision rhinoplasty, I had my nose done in 2009 and in January 2017 I decided to get a revision, unfortunately I should have just left my nose the way it was because the first rhinoplasty looked much better than it does now. I hate my nose and need it to be fixed once and for all, so by the time I come it will be 1 yr post op. I have been reading that after 1 year a revision my be conducted. I am also considering getting facial fat graft for the my whole face. I have severe under eye hollowness and would love a more refreshed look. What will the estimate quote be, if my girlfriend and I both go ahead with all these procedures do we get some kind of discount? because we will each be getting two different procedures done each. I have attached some photos of my face, as well. The concerns for my nose is that after the cartilage graft rhinoplasty revision I have a great amount of scar tissue has formed in the tip which makes my nose look like its drooping and hangs down, also I have always had a hanging columella and my nostrils are very visible which I absolutely hate!! The doctor never fixed it at all and now with the scar tissue formation it looks even worse than before. I would love to have the barbie line nose with a pointy turned up nose but yet I am here with a hanging droopy round tip nose and when I smile it looks like a round parrot nose.
