I would like to know what is your best procedure to help my face

as you know from the picture when i smile my chin is much longer and my face is misaligned on the left side.

whenever I talk to people I always find my ride side of the face better than the left due to this problem

please tell me what is the best procedure and how much would it cost and how long is the healing process
