Hello,

I am looking for the best surgical options to bring balance, symmetry and masculine beauty to my face.  I have had double jaw surgery to correct open bite and rhinoplasty to correct deviated septum.

After these surgeries, I still have imbalance in the symmetry of my face.  I also lack a strong defined jaw line.

What surgical options would benefit my facial features the most?  Jaw implants? Chin implant/genioplasty? Cheek augmentation?  Any other suggestions?
