I'm 18 years old who live in USA and wants to have plastic surgery done in South Korea... How old do i have to be to have surgery in South Korea without parent with me? If 18 years old is not allowed to have surgery without parents with me then do I get to bring parents permission paper with their sign on it?  And I heard that in South Korea the age increase one year from USA, like in USA I am 18 years old but in South Korea I am 19 years old..is that true? If it is true then do I get to have plastic surgery without parents with me if the age limit for plastic surgery is 19 years old?
