I want to get rhinoplasty done because of the bump on my bridge and my bulbous nose tip. I also want a reduction of my alar base and my nostrils because I don't like the width of my nose.
I also don't like my profile because of my weak chin. I would like to have a more defined and strong jawline and chin to achieve harmonious proportions.
