Hi,

I'm interested in getting rhinoplasty but I'm unsure of which methods to go for. I want something really natural that just adds a bit of height and lengthen the tip of my nose a bit. I'm leaning towards rib or ear cartilage as I don't want something fake in my body. It would be my first surgery and I plan on travelling to Korea in January 2018. Please can you give me some suggestions and also the quote for them? Thanks!
