I would like to know how much is the cost of Customized  and now I'm trying to lose weight. If I do nose surgery is. I need to lose weight before nose surgery. I'm a Thai who lives in America and can not return to Thailand because the ex husband don't let me take my child back to Thailand. I need to live in America until my child is 18 years old.
