Based on the photos provided, your overall facial structures seem to be well balanced however slightly low nose bridge, spread tip as well as wide nose wings are noticeable thus Barbie-line nose surgery is recommended to create the bridge higher and to define the nasal tip. In addition Alar reduction can be considered as well to make the wings narrower. .

You are required to stay in Korea at least for 7 days for Rhinoplasty.

Hospitalization is not required, you can go back home when surgery’s finished.

Severe swelling will disappear within 3-5 weeks. However, mild swelling might last for 3-6 months.
