[Preliminary diagnosis]

Based on the photos provided, asymmetrical jaw line is quite noticeable as it is mentioned; left jaw is lower&bigger than the right jaw while chin seems slight blunt&wide. Thus V-line surgery is recommended to improve asymmetrical jaw line by adjusting the amount of resection range as well as to achieve slimmer chin line so that more slender facial line from the under the ear to chin line can be achieved.

Regarding cheek surgery, Zygoma does not seem that much protruded on the photos thus it can be further discussed during face-to-face consultation with a surgeon.

Severe swelling will disappear within 3-5 weeks. However, mild swelling might last for 3-6 months.
