Hope you're well. I have attached below two photos of what I currently look like. I have also attached a photo of what I would like to look like after surgery.

I would like to get orthognathic surgery to help correct my receding chin and protuding mouth. However I've noticed that there are many different types of mouth protrusion surgery available. Please could you let me know which type of orthognathic surgery you would recommend for me and also how much it would cost? Thank you.

I also have protruding cheekbones and I am concerned that my face is aging. So I am interested in High L Cheekbone Reduction surgery and full face fat grafting. Do you think these are the best surgeries for me or do you think alternative surgeries, like V-line surgery, would be better? If you could please let me know which surgeries you would recommend for me and include all costs in full, that would be really helpful. Thank you.
