In the attached photos you can see my two concerns.

First my under eye bags which make me look like I am already 40 (I'm 21 years old). The veins under my eyes are also really
visible and I already have major fine lines under my eyes. I was wondering if eye fat repositioning would be an option for this. I am kind of aiming for what my eyes look like in the second photo, but not as extreme (love bands).

Second, my nose. As you can see, the tip of my nose is really long and big which creates kind of a crooked look from the side. I was thinking about a filler to smooth out the bump but I also don't like that the tip of my nose looks really big from the front as well. (2nd picture) Which procedure would you recommend?

In general, I would like to know which cost I can expect.
