hi doc,

First off, i'm a 28 years old guy and ive been looked down all my life due to my  face,everywhere people would give me this uggh ugliest thing ever look or make fun of me, it got to the point where it screws up my whole life and makes my everyday a nightmare for me whether back in my school,at the work and even to just hang around the street, i just feel anxious whenever people are around, its not something that everyday people can ever imagine, its like im born to be humiliated,i did no wrong but why i have to suffer like that,its like being me is a sin,i never ask much all i ever  want is just to be normal so i can get on with my life and get out of this living hell, i wonder if the plastic surgery can do the tricks? i got my pics attached as below.... thanks.
