Preliminary diagnosis

[Overview]

Based on the photos provided, you seem to have well-shaped facial structures and the following procedures are recommended to improve from the current condition.

*Nose

The height of nose Bridge seems moderate which is well-balanced with other parts of your face yet the tip seems quite high & fatty with wide nose width and protruded bone in the middle of nose. Thus Nose tip surgery is recommended to reduce nasal, alar reduction to reduce nose width and hump reduction to trim the bone so that more smooth & proportional nose shape can be achieved.

*V-Line surgery

V-line surgery can be performed to create slender facial line from the under the ear to the chin by adjusting the length & width of the mandible angel & chin.

*Fat graft

It appears that the lack of fat amount is recognized which may create your face less vivid. Thus Fat grafts is recommended on the flat & sunken area; Lower eyelid, Cheek and Nasolabial folds to volumize and fill up the sunken area so that more dimensional facial line from the front & side view can be achieved.

You will need to stay in Korea for 14-15 days after procedure for post-treatments and cares.

1 day hospitalization is required post-surgery.

Severe swelling will disappear within 3-5 weeks. However, mild swelling might last for 3-6 months.
