Preliminary diagnosis

[Overview]

Based on the photos provided, your overall facial structures seem to be well balanced however some following procedures can be considered to improve your current condition.

* Eyes

Based on the photos provided, the creases seem quite faded with excess skin & fat. Thus Incisional double eyelid surgery along with Ptosis correction is recommended to define & balance the folds shape

In addition, Lower Blepharoplasty is recommended to remove saggy skin and excess so that more smooth lower eyes can be achieved.

* Nose

The height of nose Bridge seems moderate which is well-balanced with other parts of your face yet the tip seems quite high & fatty with the wide nose width. Thus Nose tip surgery is recommended to reduce nasal tip for more defined tip along with alar reduction to reduce nose width so that more smooth & famine nose shape can be achieved.

* Face

First of all, Full Face Lift can be considered to improve the sagginess in the middle & lower part of facial area so that younger & more vivid looks can be achieved.

In addition, it appears that the lack of fat amount is recognized which may create your face less famine. Thus Fat grafts is recommended on the flat & sunken area; Forehead, Lower eyelid & Front side cheek and Nasolabial folds to volumize and fill up the sunken area so that more dimensional facial line from the front & side view can be achieved.

Lastly, Accu-sculpt laser is recommended to remove excess fat under the chin to have more defined facial line.

You are required to stay in Korea at least for 7-8 days for the procedures recommended above. .

Hospitalization is not required, you can go back home when surgery’s finished.

Severe swelling will disappear within 3-5 weeks. However, mild swelling might last for 3-6 months.
