However please remember that you cannot have rhinoplasty with orthognathic surgery at the same time, as it can cause breathing problems. And in regards to the orthognathic surgery, could you send us the front and side photos of your bite please. With the photos that you sent us, it doesn’t seem like you’ll need any facial contouring surgeries.
