Hi,

I do not like the look of my mouth area.

I feel my mid face is quite long, and my mouth is down turning.

This makes my face look very long.

Side profile is not so bad I think, but the front is.

I want to have a more square jaw/smaller face.

Please advise what procedure you recommend,
