Based on your pictures, you have mono eyelid and have mild mogolian folds (inner corner of eyes is covered by skin). We recommend you incision method double eyelids surgery with epicanthoplasty.

For eyelids that have excess amounts of fat deposits, muscles, tissues and thick skin, an incisional eyelid surgery is usually done.

Skinny incision supplements all of disadvantages of conventional incisional methods. The name ‘skinny incision’ is used to refer to the crease looking natural and smooth.

The eyelid becomes slim because excess fat, muscles and tissues that make the eyelid thick are redistributed or removed.

 

Recovery after surgery

The surgery takes about 50 minutes and the suture is removed 5-7 days after.

Swelling lasts about two weeks and slowly reduces from 2-3 months after the surgery.
